My dentist basically just resculpted many of the teeth out of the
Composite filling he's most confident in. The surface lof the teeth feels completely different after that!
Do, do, do follow the advice, a week or two with charcoal tablets before the dentalwork... I had a minth and a half of detox where I was in a dark, darrrk place. I think it may have been a pretty bad filling that was undone.

Also remember, vit c makes you circulate out the anastetic much too fast, so save that day's dose for after dental work!
