C.S., I looked at my photo archive but unfortunately there are no pictures showing their worst (maybe because I avoided camera at those times) and I had not thought of taking pictures when beginning this treatment. I don't have a camera right now other than my Cell Phone and you couldn't see anything in the photo it took. Sorry about that.

I had a very brief casual chat with a dermatologist before beginning this but as a friend, not as my doctor. She said keeping it moist at all times would be worth a shot with Advantan. The prospectus in Advantan read that it can be used up to 12 weeks, but I didn't want to push my luck with it at 1.5 months so I quit.

If you are willing to give this a shot, I suggest being very careful and observant of the condition of your lips. Steroid atrophy is mostly irreversible and using potent steroids for more than 1 month is not really recommended.
