Awsome to hear that you feel better! It might not be necessary for you to stay on a strict "Anti-Candida-Diet" tho, you might just be more of an "Protein type".
Your body produces cortisol early in the morning, which help you wake up, and make able to be active.On the evening around 10am or so, the cortisol-levels gets very low. That means that you should sleep.
So try to not to give your body very much stimuli from food, like caffeine and/or very sugary things; at least not in the evening. And sleep earlier if you can.
A bet that will help you ALOT!
Remeber that back in the days when we didn't have any electricity, then we had to follow the suns cycle. When the sun went down, so did we.
If you like to read books, then I recommend you the book "The Metabolic Typing diet" written by William Wolcott and Trish Fahey. really good stuff.
