I sleep at mostly 12 - 1 a.m. when I have morning class (I wake up at around 7 smtg). In the weekends or when I have no classes I sleep at 2-3 a.m. and wake up at 12 p.m. Now that you've mentioned it, it really seems that I should look more into my sleeping pattern!
I'll look more into Metabolic Typing. Googled it last night and it was pretty interesting :-)
I used to have anxiety before starting this diet but just ytd and today I realise it's getting better. Hmmm...
