It's difficult to understand what you are describing.

If your friend is having trouble with eliminating or moving the bowels they could first try a 2 quart warm water enema, then proceed to the Gerson coffee enema to remove the toxic load from the liver. They can continue the Gerson Enema a few times a day if needed if they cannot release the toxic burden that is on their liver/kidneys. They should also investigate what comes out with the enemas to identify what parasites they may have. They will need to take pictures to post on Curezone so someone can help identify them.
