Re: Listen to your own body!

Thanks white shark! This is excellent advice. I have just started doing this. It is kind of difficult for me to tell how food affects me because i am a senior in college in a full time internship and i work full time and rarely have time to spend on myself. I am concerned because i havent yet found a food that doesnt give me bad odors. This was partially due to my own impatience with the candida diet. After seeing what i now believe to be rhizomes after an enema and now clear flaky bits, i am taking a strict diet more seriously and have decided to follow it long term, slowly introducing foods, as you said. I have ibs though (diagnosed when i was 19)which sadly has made me used to bloating and gas so its difficult for me to tell what my triggers are. For instance, yesterday i ate almonds, celery, and a natural hummus and felt fine. Today i had the same thing but was bloated after the hummus. I will definately keep a journal to keep better records of my symptoms though!
