I am not sure if I have candida and I've heard on this forum and other places that tests do not always reveal a sure-fire answer. I've been on an anti-candida diet for about 2 weeks but have not found any relief from my fecal/rotten smelling bo and bb. I read about TMAU and I swear my symptoms seem to match that one better because when I eat cabbage or fish, people can smell me really far away, even though those are on the safe list. Last night I decided to start following the TMAU diet so I made a batch of plain long grain white rice with olive oil and Sea Salt . I soaked the rice for about 7 hours ahead of time. When I woke up this morning, the normal bad taste in my mouth had increased as well as the white coating on my tongue. Is this a possible sign that I have candida? My scalp always itches but it seemed more so this morning as well. Does this sound like candida or could I have both?
