Re: Root canal treatment through crown ?????

Thanks, Josh, it certainly helped me. I have a crown on my front tooth and I am having excrutiating, throbbing pain. I am pretty sure I must need a root canal, although I can't see decay anywhere--I'm guessing it's under the crown. I've been thinking they were going to have to remove the crown to do the root canal and I just can't afford a root canal and a crown right now. I just finished paying for an implant. So I will call someone tomorrow and get this done. So I should expect them to go right through the crown and they should have a good explanation if they have to remove the crown to do the rc?
