Also, I know this is slightly off-topic, but Tena, you said you were taking MCT oil at night. Some people swear by it to stave off hypoglycemia, but I've heard just as many (including Mark at Mark's Daily Apple) say it gave them a huge hit of energy at night and caused insomnia. It gives me insomnia, even in coconut oil form. But everyone is different. I know some people eat it every night before bed with honey, with no trouble. You may want to lay off the mct oil for a week and see if that helps. Maybe take olive oil instead? Just be sure it's real olive oil, unadulterated with rancid nut oil, as most olive oil is. A study by Stanford U on all of the most common olive oil brands in the US found all of them adulterated--even the expensive ones with fancy names--California Olive Ranch and MacEvoy Ranch olive oil were the only two that passed the test.
