Re: Glutamate Insomnia

Hey TC, I had low GABA, too. But it came roaring back on the Kavinace. Funny, the low GABA, serotonin and dopamine were completely restored in five months or so. Low epi, norepi, and DHEA are a lot tougher to raise, and high cortisol to lower. The idiot lab changed their methodology on DHEA from measuring one vial in the morning to taking an average of all four times, and since I was measuring nighttime cortisol they averaged 1am with 9am, so I got a drop in DHEA compared with baseline.

Question--in your state, how much C are you doing and when? Too early in the day and it lowers cortisol, right? Does it affect sleep if you take it in the evening?
