Re: EOSINOPHILIA: Parasite Detection White Blood Cell WBC Test

Interesting. Thanks. That could explain low eosiphilia count in my blood stream. Going through medical records it looks like around two years ago I had an endoscopy done.

The travel medicine doctor called me today that test for schiscotomasis was negative and also ultrasound of liver bilary tree looked fine, I'm not sure that rules out intestinal fluke though.

The doctor recommended a gasterentologist who is also a tropical medicine doctor suggesting that possibly a endoscopy with this gastro doctor may be able to show something in regards to symptoms and maybe eosinophilia might show something with endoscopy biopsy.

He said the symptoms I have suggested being related to the smaller intestine so maybe a endoscopy could help show something 'if I decide to still pursue doctors'. I may give this doctor a try, searching his name shows that he actually authored tropical medicine books so that is something.
