The ultrasound result impression was: gallbladder hydrops secondary to an obstructing neck lithiasis. And also gallbladder sludge. It did not mention that i had stone right? So I think I'll have to proceed.

Yes, it DOES mention there is a stone!  "Lithiasis" means "stone"!
