Re: Thoughts on tolerance withdrawal.
After appearing to be in 'tolerance withdrawal' at 10mg...and then very recently upping your dose substantially (to 15mg), it is my opinion that it's highly unlikely you're dealing with tolerance again in such a short time.
The symptoms you're reporting now don't seem very similar to the one you were having that indicated 'tolerance withdrawal'...they seem more like the typical adverse effects of benzos (with possibly some paradoxical effects thrown in).
I suggest you take a pice of paper and make a chart to see what is happening with your blood levels of the drug. Actually a wall calendar layout is good for this.
Assume a 96 hour half-life. It takes 96 hours (4 days) for 'half' to be achieved, so it drops by 12.5% daily
Monday1 15 mg
Tuesday1 15 mg (+ Mondays 15mg - which is now 12.5% less = 13.12mg) which totals 15mg + 13.12mg for Tuesday...28.12mg
Wednesday1 15mg + Tuesday1 13.12 +Monday1 (now 12.5 less = 11.48mg) - so Wednesay1 is 39.60mg
Following that model, work that out until Monday1 thru Sunday1 have gotten worked down to zero mg (it'll take around 8 days for a dose to be eliminated).
Then you'll be able to use that to see 'trends & patterns'.
What you'll likely see is that you had a 'honeymoon period' when you first started taking the 15mg (that would be when you were getting out of tolerance) - but after (???) 7-10 days at that dose, you were getting a lot more than you actually needed or wanted...and that 'extra' is what's causing some of the problems.
I understand that you're daily dosing now has a pattern...but it's a pattern ON TOP OF another pattern. And you need to see & recognize both to be able to make sense of it all.
