Re: EDTA absorbs rectally, less expensive than IVs

Really happy to see an up-to-date conversation about oral EDTA.

I bought 500g of the Calcium EDTA here in the UK; no Magnesium EDTA available that I can find; and am trialling it for atherosclerosis and my partner's prostate issues.

Using it rectally is apparently better for prostate issues so i simply filled an 00 size vegetarian capsule and hubby inserts it at night time - with much complaint!

He has felt some relief when peeing next morning but needs to be constantly reminded to use.

I am just now about to start to take 500mg x 2 daily, one in the morning, one at bedtime, so I can take my supplements somewhere in between to avoid the good bits being chelated out.

I will do this for 3 months as that is what the trials showed made some difference.

No angina for 6 years now but the descending arteries are quite blocked and I guess other vessels also. Feeling fit and well but can't run for more than a couple of minutes as the oxygen flow to the heart/lungs is poor.

Would really like to hear about anybody else's plans and progress and whether in your country you are able to source Magnesium EDTA.

May try Liposomal soon as well as was doing well with Lipo Vit C but got sidetracked.
