well, the 15% Lugols i have seen advertised is really just 5% lugols, and thats how i figured it.

the guy said he had no negative reactions. its not a big dose. not only that but he only got half in and not for long.

like i said initially, i dont recommend these but i have done it and it was fine. i dont think it was that strong, though.
