Iodine enema

I finally got around to doing this yesterday.

Results were maybe disappointing...

I was not able to hold it very long. First sensation was I could feel Iodine as if I had taken it orally, but that was not too strong. The dose was 1 teaspoon 15% Lugol's in a liter of distilled water, but I only got maybe half a liter in if that.

Then the bloating got worse and felt like my lymph was toxic in my face, similar reaction to the coffee enema (but no bile or stones came out in last coffee enema)

I suppose I need to repeat it a bunch more times, but I was hoping for something really miraculous to happen like it would kill my suspected protozoans or whatever is tormenting my colon.

No negative reactions whatsoever, so I think people could safely do these.
