That definitely looks like ropeworm. This thing is probably epidemic in this country, because no one knew it existed before and just misidentified it as food. Pretty scary. Don't have any suggestions about the pain other than to lay off the treatment for a couple of days. Detox symptoms are all over the place. I have pains everywhere from head to toe when I cleanse.
