Lots more parasites out and bad upper abdominalchest pain

I am having lots more pieces of ropeworm or something coming out (see photo) and now I'm having bad upper abdomen/ chest pain. It feels like something big rolled itself into a big wad in my upper intestines. I also felt a thumping in my chest that I think deesmiles had as well. This is so miserable and scary. I will cut down on the mms drops tomorrow. I don't think I'll finish today's mms. Any other suggestions?
