There is no "balance", I hate that word, people on here write, "ohhh, your're not balanced" this or that. Balance means equal. Nothing against you trimnut2, just a peeve of mine, that word "balance". I like "sufficient" better, it means "not deficient" Our body's were designed to operate over a wide range of conditions, I think the goal is to shoot for not being deficient in anything the body needs :) Tweet
