To achieve a *molecular clone* you must first have an original. That way you have something to clone from.

So...the real question is where did you (or anybody else) obtain the original for this clone?

And what method was used to find this original? And...if any mitogens or other culture preps (like pokweed or PHA) were added to the culture then the isolation attempt is void.

You need to submit an UNcultured sample taken from a living AIDS patient, complete with electron micrographs demonstrating pure and non contaminated viral particles. After you do so, then perhaps you can proceed further in claiming your award.

BTW-I am a member on a forum that has been looking to debate someone just like you-someone that says they have isolated so called HIV.
