How many flushes did you do? I really think it greatly helped my condition. Did you do a parasite cleanse? I was absolutely infested with parasites and still have them.. you can look at my older posts from over a year ago. My diet is not that bad but I want it to be sustainable so don't want to cut out certain foods yet. We will see how my health goes over the next few months with new protocols... I went from irregular and very painful periods a year ago to having a perfect cycle of 28 days, and painless 4 day lasting periods which is a nice additional benefit to getting rid of acne! Tweet
