I almost died

About an hour ago I walk into a pizzeria, I am immediately greeted with a horrible stench like someone had shit themself. I immediately knew it was me. My face turned red, and this two little girls screamed ew!!. One of many most embarrassing moments of my life. I'm losing everything cuz of this f***ing illness. I don't socialize, I dread leaving my house, I cringe being around people. Fear of what they might say. I can't do this anymore, why is there no cure. Why won't these bloody doctors step in and help us.
