Obviously something neural going on in the brain.
Muscle relaxers MIGHT work, but it sounds like something much deeper and more neural.
I dont have a clue as to why he was put on traction.
That freaks me out just thinking about it.
Spasticity caused by loss of neural integrity, then someone comes along and tries stretching your muscles?
This is the biggest misconception and misunderstanding with most autoimmune diseases.
That the problem is more muscular.
I cant tell you how many times I've heard, "You just need to exercise more."
My reply?
I wish I could!
My muscles arent the problem(yet)
Getting my brain to move them is the issue.
