Good point about blood sugar, however I think I am able to distinguish hypoglycemia from cat. depression. I've struggled with mild reactive hypoglycemial for 20 yrs. Before I learned about it I was a worthless blob after eating high glycemic index meals!
Life improved quite a bit when I cleaned up my diet; however it still did not keep me from breaking my leg without contact or a fall ( ! ). Apparently the lead and cadmium (in the red on hair test while chelating) screwed up my bones and much more.
I do have a sweet tooth! I hear that people with low catecholamine problems often crave sweets. Eliminating them would be painful to may tastebuds : ) However I;ve learned to just east small portions. It keeps my energy levels more stable and keeps me from being more than a little overweight.
I wonder if the adrenal support has also helped with blood Sugar regulation.
