Re How a news anchor dealt with psoriasis
I'm curious how long this person did this diet for? does it say? Also, really starting to think that this can be healed/greatly reduced with diet and detoxification and all that jazz.
It seems some people may get better with other treatments such as anti histamines or other medications and the moisture treatment but I really do think diet plays a key role for a lot of us. Even if you do go down the medication route changing to a
healthy Diet certainly can't hurt and would most likely be a catalyst in the healing process. And of course stress has it's role as well. Whether or not its an allergy, hormones, vitamin/mineral deficiency/imbalance, a wound of some sort, or digestive issues.
I think a
healthy Diet will help everyone of those, especially once you figure out whatever food triggers you may have. This would be good for an
Elimination Diet as well, then slowly add in other foods to see if they cause any irritation.
I have had success with Montreal's/lees' diet, but was unable to maintain it. This time I'm going to go slow as to not overburden my body. Last time was a nightmare. One thing at a time so my body can adjust appropriately. The best of luck to all of you in your quest for health.
