Re Need to cure BV HELP

I so know your pain! Its awful, but you are not alone. I wanted to reach out and let you know what worked for me. I felt so gross too.

For immediate relief, I douched with Hydrogen Peroxide. I did half water, half HP, twice a day. Do this for 2 weeks. You gotta be relentless!

I also took Acidophilus (5 Billion CFU) I took 2 or 3 a day for 2 weeks. Lay off after 2 weeks or you might develop a yeast infection from I guess too much good bacteria.

I took 2000 milligrames of MSM. Its joint sulfur and it worked! I did this for 2 weeks also.

I took 400 mcg of Folic Acid. This will eliminate the odor almost immediately but it's temporary. I took this for 2 weeks also.

Give this a shot and like I said, be relentless! Its been a while and I have not had it come back so this might work for you too. I sure hope so! Good luck!
