Starting with this now, one year since my father died; he was very (too) open about his symptoms. He was never a very typical Parkinson, they called it atypical Parkinson as he had only 2-3 out of 5 required markers.

Seeing the symptoms of MS, I would say 100 %

Yes, my father had this for many years. What causes pins and needles sensation? low blood Sugar is one of them. B1 deficiency may cause this too.

-yes one of the biggest problems he had; needed to use diapers in the end of his life.
What may cause bladder spasms? Magnesium deficiency is one, then you have the boron. Boron runs the parathyroid, that runs the calcium metabolism.. antigonist to magnesium. The kids and adults I treated with boron (borax) was cured in a few days, some of them over night of frequent urination, enuresis too. I believe it stopped the spasms from magnesium deficiency.
Boron regulate magnesium-calcium.
Then we have the thyroid again, related to adrenals, aldosterone in particular;
