Re: Why did
I started
Iodine as a last resort. My doc kept telling me I was perfectly OK, but I couldn't walk a mile, or think, or read a book, or have a normal conversation with anyone. I was so emotional. Everything hurt. I had no energy. At some point I decided not to listen to them anymore, but find out for myself.
I went to someone that measures things in the body. I don't know what that profession is named like in english. She found out that I had mercury toxicity.
So I started from there, from the mercury toxicity, and found out that
Iodine is a good detoxer. Soon after that I found this forum.
I took me quite a while before I got to know the
Iodine - thyroid link. Which is ridiculous, because by then I had be hypothyroid for many many years and NO doc ever told me about the relationship.
Also had no idea that iodine deficiency is linked to breast lumps. My breasts were rocks two years ago before I started iodine.
Without this forum, I'd still be walking around unknowingly. I definitely wouldn't be working anymore, probably much worse.
