CMC is terrible.!
I have not doubt severe intestinal symptoms may be part of it. However, a localized intestinal fungal overgrowth cause serious symptoms even when not related to CMC. I, personally, have had many intestinal symptoms but never any nail fungus, skin lesions, or angular stomatitis. It has been mostly intestinal and hard to cure.
