No, you DO NOT. You have no idea what kind of unbearable pain this redistribution causes, both physical and emotional. You DO NOT WANT ANY REDISTRIBUTION TO HAPPEN. You want to slowly and securely 'leak' the metals, with the help of a chelator, outside of the body.

Don't be silly. Your attitude is akin to bashing an aviation pioneer for crashing her airplane into the Pacific (we all know who I'm talking about). Cutler sustained major damage to his health by following such irresponsible protocols like the one you are defending, before he came up with a SAFE chelation protocol, so I most respectfully suggest you read Cutler's book and quit bashing the hero.
