Yeah, that's definitely not pinworm. Try and save a specimen in a jar and have it tested. But be warned, standard stool tests are usually produce 'false negatives', but maybe being he's an infant, you will be met with less bias. Also, not to alarm you, but you should treat yourself for worms too. Tweet
