Hi Kasima you can take it in milk at night before bed. If you are lactose free you can add it to almond milk. i will start with 1/4 of a tsp just to build up the taste and go upto 1tsp full. Wram up a cup of milk add a little bit of cardamom and add about 5 crushed almonds and also if you like you can add a tsp of ghee and add stevia or honey to sweeten it up.
Now you will have a yummy drink that is going to relax you and even help you sleep better
