I've looked for turmeric dosages and all I can find it 500mg twice a day for the powder, but that isn't for parasites. It does say it can cause ulcers if you take too much, and it should be taken with food, so I'm going to add it to pineapple/papaya/yogurt smoothies. I've done this before, but ran out of money, so I couldn't do it for the whole week. I found that if I used more than 1/4 tsp, the taste was too strong and ruined the taste of the smoothie. I really don't like the taste or smell of turmeric at all, so I need to find a way to take it where I don't taste or smell it too much.
Does 1/4 tsp. twice a day sound right? I don't want to get an ulcer or anything like that from it. I just want to see if it helps my arthtritis and the parasites. Of course, if I take it in the pineapple/papaya smoothie, I will never know which of them it was that helped.
