OK, that makes sense what you're saying. I kinda was thinking along that line but it was confusing. I certainly don't need it more virulent so I'll stop it.

Dr. Jeff said this. He's against it. http://candidaplan.com/blog/587/candida-diets-part-ii-hydrogen-pero... I initially didn't try it because of his article and the fact Dr. Jeff seems very knowledgeable about candida but then changed my mind when I heard people had success and websites saying it works. I heard negatives too though.

I'm going try Desert Willow and Chaparro Amargosa for candida from the Buhner Lyme protocol.
