I have tried 35% H202 drops. Helped with food sensitivity symptoms early on but I felt it was not doing enough (although I finished the protocol) ...I do think the H202 baths can be helpful to give your body a dose of oxygen, which I think most
gut loaded people can benefit by now and then. I tried it in an enema and it had decent results but I was worried about destroying good bacteria. Still think it's great to have this on hand.
Now the coffee enema was amazing, I would say, the only thing that consistently helped the quality of those toxic days.
