Simply put...

The lady who gave me a series of colonics many years ago one day told me what she felt about the physiopathologies of daily life. She said to only look at the cranial nerves all going down the spine till endings found «ampoule rectale» (sorry, don't know how to say in english...) where it is NEVER clean !!!

To her it was obvious that any mental disorder was about the fact that no one had been taught to keep this area with a minimum of hygiene. She also believed that senior citizens who no longer can make a decision in their life would greatly benefit if they did colonics.

One evening feeling anxious and could not find why, I had the idea of doing a small enema, maybe 8 oz, and added one drop of Lugol 5%. I guess some toxins were bothering my nerve endings because it made a hell of a difference without any further delay. I wish more people would learn how to take care of themselves, and trust themselves instead of the darn drug pushers of Big Pharma. Tweet
