Glad to see that you are feeling better. While there are people on this forum who can offer some insights about what your higher numbers mean, I'm sorry I'm not one of them. Hopefully, one of them will respond soon.
I've been doing NB for over 4 years now and continue to see improvements. One of the most important things I've done during this process is find a good practitioner and stick with him. You don't say whether you are still working with your practitioner or why you switched labs. I have been with ARL the whole time and am very happy with their work. My recommendation is to find a good practitioner who really understands the changes on tests and what they mean. Reading the tests is more complicated than I ever thought at the beginning of my journey, and a good person can not only explain what changing mineral numbers mean but also what toxicities are still hidden, etc. The ratios of minerals are very enlightening to them. And then they enlighten us, in turn! A good system and worth the expense.
