Why is all the air that comes out of my body hot? HELP

It seems like i'm the only person with this problem when ever I pass gas it's hot when I burp it's usually hot if I breath on my hand with my mouth or nose it's hot my stomach also feels weird most of the time is this some weird variation of acid reflux I think this might also be the reason i'm sweating a little more can someone give me any ideas it's really annoying because there is other problems associated with it like B.O and waking up having to wipe. HELP PLEASE btw using the bathroom seems to reduce the hot gas sometimes Tweet
