Ha, ha, I know the feeling. I cannot say for sure, but I found fresh or urine a couple of days old to be the best for me. I think you would benefit more from drinking most of your daily urine. Do it when you are at home and for about 2 weeks and see if you notice a difference. I always drink at least one glass a day and I did not find any benefits from weeks of daily massaging it into my skin. Of course that is just me and I do not have too many ailments.
