I am hoping to use urine for skin and hair care.
- How old should the urine be? I am thinking 1-3 days.
- The urine smells fresh and clear at first, but then it becomes cloudy and smells like the public bathroom within a day. Is the cloudiness normal?
- I heard of propolis extract deodorizing the urine a bit. How do I use it? Do you recommend any brands?
- Are there other ways to mask the smell?
- Are initial skin breakouts normal?
- Do you ever mix urine with herbal water, shampoo, vinegar, or conditioner?
My bathroom already smells like hobo central.

This is a reply to # 2,137,769Ha, ha, I know the feeling. I cannot say for sure, but I found fresh or urine a couple of days old to be the best for me. I think you would benefit more from drinking most of your daily urine. Do it when you are at home and for about 2 weeks and see if you notice a difference. I always drink at least one glass a day and I did not find any benefits from weeks of daily massaging it into my skin. This is a reply to # 2,137,769I don't recommend doing only the skin. Your skin got into it's current condition because of your health for the past year or so. This is a reply to # 2,137,769It is normal to experience breakouts on your face after applying urine once or twice a day. As pores unclog, dried oil/debris denros come to the surface for release and deeper layers move up. Skin gradually becomes softer. Pores smaller. I wash my face with urine, let it dry, then add a moisturizing masl on over it to seal it in. - Re: Urine for skin and hair care mariechin1234
