I could use Clotrimazole plus Ibuprofen topically ( mixing a gel capsule with Clotrimazole ) ACV and Tea Tree Oil are very irritants.

Yes, I think Itraconazole is a good option but you need to get the approval of your MD and keep monitoring the liver.
