Intense constant all over itch

Hello,
My problem is that I have an unbearable all over body/head/face itch that is literally constant every single second. There is no indication on my skin like rashes or anything. It doesn't really seem like one area is more intense than other areas but I especially get it near the genitals and buttocks area. The itching is never on a single area but multiple ones.

I would have a mixture of sensations including crawling, and even so intense as biting. It even makes me have involuntary flinching/jumping movements with my hands and feet because it's that crazy. I actually don't scratch myself at all because I refuse to and ultimately don't see the point since there is no way of beating it. It's causing me the utmost stress and anxiety that I've never had. I tried different approaches to this suffering by trying to keep myself calm in a meditative state to pinpoint any pattern but there was none that I could find.

There is just no way for me to concentrate on anything… I mean it even happens when I am showering! I feel like my body has been infested with parasites and I need to find the best possible way to get rid of this suffering. I wished it wasn't parasites but I am not sure what the exact source is so I just hope someone can help me with this… Tweet
