I too would like to hear from anyone who feels that Iodine supplementation has helped to shrink thyroid nodules. I've been taking Iodoral and supporting supplements for about a month and haven't really noticed much shrinkage so far.

I am also having blood tests in a couple of week and don't want to skew results. I was going to stop my 25mg of Iodoral I take daily about 3-4 days before. I really don't know if that will be effective and would love some confirmation from those in the know.

I have had two FNA biopsies done so far - first was inconclusive and I am awaiting results from the second. It was a straight forward procedure with mild discomfort.
