Thanks Healing! I made it an effort to only use the steroid cream when absolutely necessary. Which was not more than once or twice a week. But the past couple months I haven't used it at all. I did use it last week one time when I got out of the shower just because my lips felt a little 'off' but they returned to normal shortly after. So I think sparingly with the cream and using only a little bit does the trick. Tweet
