congrats!!! how many times a day do you still need to apply your moisturizer? because u said that if u dont after some time they start to hurt a lil bit?

im on holidays in cold climate for Xmas now so im managing my EC. But when i go back to australia 1st week of january i will start doing what you did: apply constantly moisturizer, do not remove any buildups manually and be careful when taking shower brushing teeth not to remove it early....i just hope that long term its gonna stop the buildup that is all i want!!

How did you manage to brush your teeth without affecting the build ups? and how long on average would your builups stay on your lips before to fall "naturally"?
