It did shrink. Have you considered a series of shorter fasts (Russians call it 'cascade fasting'). Long fasts can be exhaustive, especially with a weight as low as yours (especially since you're a vegan -- do you supplement with essential amino acids afterward? -- I would!)
Re freezing lol try to move. That cold winter air --so clean!-- feels like a meal when we fast. If it's not windy, do go for a brisk walk at least. You will be surprised how energized you will feel. I know, if you've never done that, it sounds unbelievable and contradictory to the common sense. You have to try it to believe it :)
