You can find my posts from a year ago when I did 24 days on water to shrink my benign tumor..
Please don't ask me all about it again
Im sure some of you remember me..
It ended up growing it back!
My new doctor is curious to see if I can indeed shrink it....
I had an ultrasound (because I refuse an MRI) on Dec 10 and have another Jan 2. I will be on my last day of this fast when I get my second ultrasound
This will be much easier to remove if it is small.
I do not believe I will totally dissolve it, I would have to Water Fast 40 days to do that... not realistic as I need to work and will lose all muscle and weight...
I am 5'8" at 130
I am on day 5 and am down to 122
I am vegan 20 years. High raw.
I run and weight lift.
Last fast I got down to 108 in 23 days... it was scary!
I am just here to get support because this time of year is the WORST to fast as it isolates us from many family gatherings of food!!
Especially the Europeans like me!!

This is a reply to # 2,134,723Good luck to you rawrnr! Actually, if you're on the northern hemisphere, this is a perfect time to fast, weatherwise. Go play in the show whenever your schedule allows.
Your weight is a bit on a low side for this length but doable. Fasting is reported as the best intervention for benign tumors. The data is on your side!

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,134,942It did shrink. Have you considered a series of shorter fasts (Russians call it 'cascade fasting'). Long fasts can be exhaustive, especially with a weight as low as yours (especially since you're a vegan -- do you supplement with essential amino acids afterward? -- I would!)
Re freezing lol try to move. That cold winter air --so clean!-- feels like a meal when we fast. If it's not windy, do go for a brisk walk at least. You will be surprised how energized you will feel. I know, if you've never done that, it sounds unbelievable and contradictory to the common sense. You have to try it to believe it :)

This is a reply to # 2,134,968How time flies. I did a 39 day Water Fast 23 months ago. On day 18, 19, or 20 although I am sure it was day 18, I urinated pure blood. That was straaaange. The next day the urine turned brown and later turned black (old blood?) and then the urine cleared up. Would that have been the autolyzeing of a tumor?
I went on and up to day 30 was a lark. Then I started getting weak. I got so weak that when I would stub my toe on anything I would fall flat on my face so I broke the fast.
I think it is time to do another Water Fast but no more than 30 days this time, if that.Advertisement
