Re: Fecal body odour
You know I just realized, this soy lecithin is like fluoride in our water and toothpaste. For whatever reason they fell the need to put this poison into stuff we eat drink.
Anyways, thanks for the info man. Lately the odor has been reducing and I was speculating that it was because of my limited diet. However the other day the odor came back badly for some reason. And I realized the tea I mentioned below, for whatever reason contains Soy Lecithin (I drank 4 cups a few hours before school...). My next semester isn't until Jan 16th so, we'll see if this soy lecithin free diet works. Thanks for your help man.
Drinks:
7+ cups of water/day,
Lemon/Orange/Peach/Ginger/Dandelion herbal teas
almond milk
Food:
gluten-free oatmeal (I mix this with the granola below)
gluten-free cream of rice
gluten-free granola (with blueberries, amaranth, millet, quinoa, flax seeds, and buckwheat)
ground flaxseeds (I mix this with smoothies)
bananas, strawberries, cranberries
carrots, lettuce, cabbage/broccoli (I think I might need to cut this in order to properly follow a low fodmap diet), kale/spinach
Snacks:
gluten free thin rice crisps (I eat this with peanut butter)
gluten free peanut butter (I'm speculating that I should not be eating this. I experimented today and yesterday, and realized that every time I eat this I get gas, whether it's gluten free or not. Even more so, I recall when I got a new job in August I would always have peanuts before, during and after work and would always have gas. This is also around the time the random fart smells started to appear.)
