you may have to quit other foods like fast foods, junk food, foods high in choline. I quit these foods and the smell went away quickly. gradually I eliminated eggs and noticed right away no sulfur smell. then fish n chips, no smell. then I eliminated all fast foods, processed foods, snacks, frozen foods, and again smell free for even longer periods. I realized that soy lecithin is high on the USDA list of foods that are high in choline as posted on tmau and this site by me sometime in the summer, like eggs and fish, some wheats, so I eliminated soy lecithin next. Just to test this theory, I would eat an egg or a chocolate bar or potato chips and would notice a smell within anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. I eat only food cooked at home and from a health food store and check all ingredients on any foods I buy.
