I have switched to magnesium malate as it seems to work a little better for some reason. Still getting better. Not ever dizzy anymore, but still feel "off" at times. Still tired quite often, even after 10 hours sleep, but hey, at least I can sleep for 10 hours now!

I started taking a sodium borate (for boron) supplement, 3 or 6 grams per day. At first it make my mental symptoms worse within a few minutes of taking it, but after a few weeks i felt better than ever.

I have been easing into Iodine supplementation, along with small amounts of selenium. It is progressing like the boron did: within a few minutes of taking it i feel really strange, but it is taking more and more to make me feel that way. I suppose it is a detox reaction, since its pretty much the same feeling i got from the boron initially.

Going to keep this up for a while, and hopefully be 100% in a few months. I still get breathing troubles, muscle twitches, muscle pain, joint pain (knees, elbows, wrists, ankles) and tendon pain (achiles) but it is all getting better slowly.

Good luck to anyone else dealing with this poison that was supposed to "help"
